Dale Gluck
Dale Gluck is a writer with over 20 years experience in advertising, editorial, retail, direct response, promotional and Web content writing. She started as a Staff Writer for J.C. Penney where she wrote print, radio and TV advertising. She spent three years on staff at Gimbels, first as Staff Writer, and then as Copy Chief, responsible for both fashion and hardgoods.

Dale has written all manner of unconventional things, like news magazine "snowflakes," posters and tantalizing restaurant menus. She has also written catalogs, brochures, promotional materials, advertorials, editorials and Web content for clients and companies including: Gump's Interiors, gift catalogs and Web site, The Museum Company Web site, The New York Times, Bloomingdale's, Newsweek, Kitchen & Home Web site, Lillian Vernon, Marcus Jewelers, Consumer Merchandise, Carol Wright, Butch Long's Steaks of Nebraska, Bright's Creek, Sure Fit Slipcovers and Schumacher Floor Coverings.

Dale's current favorite project is Hubbuzz.com, for whom WCG created a voice, and has written upwards of 500 neighborhoods.

Dale holds a B.A. in English from SUNY at Cortland.

Ellen Pocost
Ellen Pocost is a copywriter with over 15 years of diverse experience including, but not limited to advertising (consumer and business-to-business), editorial, retail, direct response, promotional, advertorial, political, television, public relations and Web content writing. She spent five years at Avon Products as Creative Manager, US & Global Copy, where she handled all creative aspects of brand management for personal care and fragrance categories. Before that, she spent spent four years as a Senior Writer at AGA Catalog Marketing & Design.

Ellen has written Web sites, fashion, editorial, hard goods, cosmetics and toiletries, for clients and companies including: IBM, Victoria's Secret, The New York Times, Lillian Vernon, Brylane (Lerner New York, Roaman's), Chadwick's of Boston, Sunglass Hut, Footaction USA, Linens 'n' Things, Hineni International, Women's News, Gannett Newspapers and The Scarsdale Inquirer.

Previously, Ellen was an Associate Television Producer for independent, network, corporate and non-profit clients such as ABC/Hearst Lifetime, AT&T, Nabisco, March of Dimes, TIAA/Cref and Hyatt.

Ellen's pet project this month is Westchester Audio Video Design.com, whose site WCG has optimized with outstanding results.

Ellen holds a B.A. in English from Hofstra University.
